Return Policy
There is a 90 day time limit on returns and exchanges. Contact us within 90 days of the date your order was placed and we will exchange your merchandise or issue a full refund.
Backorder Policy
Most of our products are in stock. If the item is on factory backorder there is no way to determine when we will be able to ship it. That depends solely on the manufacturer.
Shipping Policies
Most purchases are processed and shipped within a 24 hour period, after method of payment is verified. If you are paying with a money order your purchase won't be processed until the money order is received.
Damaged Goods Policy
If you receive damaged goods please notify us as soon as possible. We will tell you how to return it as soon as we receive all your information. We must hear from you within 90 days of the date you placed your order.
